By accessing or using the Personal AI Agent application or bot service, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the service. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the bot, any part of the service, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the service, and you also should not try to translate the service into other languages or make derivative versions without express authorization. The service itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Yogendra Rampuria.
Yogendra Rampuria is committed to ensuring that the service is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the service or to charge for its features, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the service or any associated features without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
Personal AI Agent stores and processes personal data and calendar information that you have provided or granted access to, in order to provide the calendar aggregation and management service. It is your responsibility to keep your account, tokens, credentials, and access devices secure.
You should be aware that certain functions of the service require an active internet connection and valid authorization tokens to third-party calendar providers. Yogendra Rampuria cannot take responsibility for the service not working at full functionality if network connectivity is unavailable or if third-party calendar APIs reject requests.
With respect to Yogendra Rampuria’s responsibility for your use of the service, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that event aggregation and schedule sync are accurate and timely, we rely on third-party APIs and services to deliver calendar data. Yogendra Rampuria accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the service.
We may update the service from time to time. We may also wish to stop providing the service, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving prior notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the service and revoke authorized integrations.
